What’s Happening with Microsoft Authenticator?

Starting this August, Microsoft is permanently removing password storage from its widely-used Authenticator app. This affects 75 million users who rely on it to manage login credentials.

This change applies specifically to Microsoft's Authenticator app. Other authentication apps, like Google Authenticator or Authy, are unaffected and will continue to function normally with their current features intact.
